1How do I get my puppy or dog used to the dog toilet?

2Can male and female dogs use the dog toilet in the same way?

With the dog loo "HundeWC" comes free of charge a unique attractant scent that encourages your dog / puppy to urinate where it smells the scent. With the urine attractant scent and the dog loo "HundeWC", puppy training becomes a breeze! You will only need the attractant to get used to it. Afterwards, it goes by itself.aFrom customer feedback and our own experience, we have seen that bitches respond optimally to our high-quality dog toilet. With male dogs, depending on how well they get used to it, a drop can sometimes go astray when they lift their legs, but even then it usually works perfectly with a little training / getting used to it. A tip that often helps is a small pylon that represents a "target object".

3How should I empty the dog loo "HundeWC"?

The dog loo "HundeWC" comes with a slope so that the collection tray empties itself into your balcony drain. The HundeWC comes with an open drain pipe with a thread. If your drain is not nearby, this allows you to perfectly attach a standard garden hose (not included) to the 3/4 inch (1.9 cm) thread and adjust the drain to your liking. If you order the version without a drain but with an electric pump, you will have to pump out the dirty water regularly with the pump provided.

4How do I clean the dog loo "HundeWC"?

If your dog loo "HundeWC" is outdoors, you only need to clean it when it is not raining. Then it is enough to rinse with a little water or neutralise odours with some hot vinegar water. However, you can also quickly dismantle the dog toilet for your balcony into its individual parts without tools and clean it in detail if you wish.

5Is the wood cladding weatherproof?

Wood is a natural product, so it is weatherproof and will serve you and your dog for many years. The weather will cause the wood to change, creating your own personal unique piece.

6Does the dog litter box replace the walk?

No. The dog loo "HundeWC" is intended to serve as an always-available "substitute lawn" for flat owners and in no way as a substitute for a walk.

7Does this also work for older dogs with polyuria, incontinence / bladder problems or other conditions?

Yes, absolutely. Almost any dog can be accustomed to the dog loo "HundeWC" via the scent drops (supplied), even if they are far from puppyhood.

8What individualisation options are available?

We will be happy to check special requests and individualisations for you. Please note that in principle many individualisations are possible, but they entail a surcharge and time delays. Please contact us via the email address below.

9What payment options are available?

For shipping, you pay either in advance (bank transfer), by credit card or Twint. If you collect it from us, you can also pay cash.

10Are there any spare parts / accessories for my dog toilet?

Yes, we always offer new carpets, more bottles of dog urine attractant or even replacements for the metal grid, tub or the wooden frame. More about this under the menu item "Buy now" and "Accessories".

Personalised with the name of your "paw"tner

We love individuality and together with our high standards of look and feel, we have designed a personalised sign for your new dog loo "HundeWC". A plaque engraved with your dog's name makes each one unique.

We use an anodised aluminium plate as a base, which is then personalised with a coloured laser engraving. We use anodised aluminium because the anodisation significantly increases corrosion resistance and reduces the amount of maintenance required.

We will contact you after the order and ask for the dog's name. If you would like to reorder the badge or have a different badge at a later date, this is also possible. To do so, contact us using the options listed.
