We offer Co2 neutral shipping with our shipping partner. The price for this is included or exclusive depending on the offer, please note this at the respective product. In principle, the HundeWC can also be picked up in Schaffhausen.

In “My account” you can track the status of your order at any time from order receipt to pickup.

For pickup: We will notify you by phone or email when your product is ready for pickup and then schedule a personal pickup date with you.

Delivery time may vary depending on the selected payment method, delivery partner and due to holidays.

Return / Complaint:
If you received an incorrect or defective item, or if your shipment was incomplete, please contact our customer service. Indicate your invoice number, the exact item description and the reason for the complaint. Our customer service will take care of your request immediately.
