6.1 Availability, collection and delivery
Products marked “Available for Delivery”, unless the product is on pre-sale or marked with a specific delivery date, will normally be available for pick-up at the pick-up address within 7-10 business days from the time the order is received. Collections can only be made after an appropriate collection invitation has been sent and / or an appointment has been made by telephone.
